Paul has over 16-years of experience and has a broad technical background, with expertise in drainage and infrastructure design, providing flood risk, highway design and on-site residential design including private and adoptable drainage design. Paul provides early-stage feasibility, masterplan advice and detailed designs on all matters relating to Flood Risk and Drainage, including Sustainable Drainage Systems, and highway design.

Jason has 13-years’ experience working on residential, commercial, highway, retail and education schemes across the UK. His expertise include flood risk, drainage, highway and onsite residential design, assisting clients from planning through to detail design stage. On all schemes Jason works closely with relevant adopting authorities to ensure all design requirements are considered at an early stage, developing proposals through to construction issue and gaining any required approval (S278, S38, S104, etc).

Alastair is an Infrastructure Engineer with 8-years’ experience in infrastructure design from concept through to construction in both private and public sectors. His experience lies with developing design solutions to aid planning applications and taking schemes through to detailed design stage to develop construction issues drawings and gaining the require technical approvals (S278, S38, S104, S185, etc).

Rob is an Infrastructure Engineer with 3-years’ experience providing highway and drainage design solutions ranging from feasibility studies through to detailed design for construction. Additionally, Rob also has expertise in producing Flood Risk Assessments and therefore a strong understanding of the associated regulations, including the National Planning Policy Framework and planning practice guidance.
Principal FRA & Drainage Engineer
Jessica has 8 years’ experience working as a flood risk and drainage engineer for both consultants and local water authorities. Her expertise includes flood risk management, foul/surface water drainage design, including sustainable drainage systems, assisting clients from the feasibility stage up to detailed design. Jessica works closely with relevant local flood authorities (LLFA, SAB, EA or NRW) to meet client aspirations while managing constraints and meeting relevant local requirements.
Graduate Engineer
Joss has 6 years’ experience in management including health and safety and workflow optimisation. After completing a degree in Civil Engineering & Environmental Management, Joss has joined the team to aid the development of site specific Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies in support of planning applications.

Mushtaq has recently obtained a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and has joined the team as a Graduate Engineer, providing assistance in various stages of projects. This ranges from the planning stage through to the detailed design for construction.
